Booth No. 1

General Terms

  • The Haunted Carnival is an online entertainment platform.
  • Users must be at least 13 years old to access the website. Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • All purchases are final.
  • No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • This policy applies to all tickets, digital products, games, memberships, VIP access, downloadable content, and online experiences.
Once torn, this ticket cannot be re-issued — all sales are final.

VIP Access

  • All VIP purchases are valid for 24 hours from the date and time of purchase.
  • VIP access will automatically expire after 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
